Join us on Saturday 29th February at Mount Pleasant EcoPark , Porthtowan, for a night not to be missed...

Mongrel DJ's and Miss FiFi will be keeping you dancing all night long, delicious plant-based food will give you all the energy you need (basic plate £5, with optional extras) and the bar will be open throughout.

Try your luck with the raffle, swap some seeds with the 'seed swap' and get some new (to you) togs with Swish - our very own clothes swap.

We'll have information on Extinction Rebellion campaigns, local workshops and environmental news. Local stalls with positive, environmental, ethical goods on sale will make it easy to make the 'right' choice.

We'll be raising funds for Extinction Rebellion, including funds for local Activist/Arrestee support - people who are putting themselves at risk of arrest to stand up for what they believe in. Those arrested and charged may face court fines and we'd like to help them out. We are all crew.

Children and well behaved dogs welcome until 9pm.

SEED SWAP PROMOTING SEED SAVING

Seed swap  - Bring seeds to swap that you have grown, collected or have excess of.  They will need to be securely packaged in a folded paper or envelope, and very clearly labelled as to what variety they are. The idea is to promote saving seeds from your own crops and to share them with others in the area with the aim to increasing biodiversity and availability in the area, and promoting local food security.
Heritage, wild crafted and non hybrid is advised as we want to promote and protect the diversity of natural seed lines, whilst promoting exchange and diversity of seed in the local area. You can exchange small packets of seeds or buy some from the selection we have available, there will be a donation/ nominal fee for this service.
If anyone has excess seed that they would like to donate before the event so that it will available for people to exchange with then please get in touch.
